Cancellation Policy

• Bookings are transferable to an alternative time/date if at least 24 hours notice is given, You can reschedule your booking from your email confirmation or by logging into your account.

• Cancellations/missed bookings within 24 hours will still be charged - no reschedules/refunds are available in this time frame.

• We do not provide refunds as bookings are transferable - in exceptional circumstances please put your request in writing by email at least 24hrs prior to your booked date/time, to: woodlandsfarmdogs@gmail.com

• If Woodlands Farm needs to cancel a booking you have made, 24 hours notice will be given wherever possible.
