- Please read our Terms & Conditions, during the booking process you will be asked to confirm you have read them.
- If you would like to hire a 'tracker' please select this 'add on' in the booking page before selecting the date/time.
- Hourly session times are:
9.15-10.15am, 10.30-11.30am, 11.45-12.45am, 1-2pm, 2.15-3.15pm, 3.30-4.30pm, 4.45-5.45pm, 6-7pm
- Entry is permitted a few minutes before you start time, and you have a couple of minutes after your booking to leave, there should still be a 5-10 minute gap between bookings during which time the main gate MUST remain closed.
- The 15 minute break is not free time. Anyone entering early or leaving later than requested above will result in future bookings being cancelled. The break is there for a reason, ensuring there is no cross over of dogs or cars.

- Options are available up to 8 dogs, more dogs are allowed but please contact me prior to booking. We are limited to 2 cars by 'planning'.
- Bookings valid for 8 months from original booked date
- Maximum online booking in one day is 2hrs 15mins. Call me prior to booking if more time is required.

Tracker Hire - if you have added a tracker to your booking you will receive a further email (normally within 24hrs of your booking) with information about the app. If you do not receive this email, please check you 'junk' box.

Arrival & First Time
The first time you book you will be met on arrival for a quick briefing. Please do not to arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time.
If you do arrive early please wait inside your vehicle next to the car port until you booked time. No entry is permitted until a few minutes before your start time. Do not ask the previous booking to leave the gate open for you, the main gate MUST remain closed at all times.
Running Late? Call me, otherwise after 15 minutes the gate will be locked and your booking classed as a 'No Show'.
On entry - Close the metal entrance gate. To display the 'Occupied' sign, open the wooden gate and close it onto the main gate, securing with the clip.
If there are any vehicles in the car park or the 'Occupied' sign is across the gate at the start of your booked time please do not enter the gates and call me immediately on 07739 423 998
During your visit
Dogs must be kept on a lead in the carpark at all times and until within your booked area.
All 'poop must be scooped' and placed in the correct bins.
Children must be supervised at all times. The equipment is designed for dogs and must
not
be climbed on by humans of any age.
If you see or find anything of concern please let us know as soon as possible
Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise at an acceptable level.
End of your visit
Dogs should be loaded into your vehicle by the end of your booked session. All areas must be vacated within a few minutes of your end time.
The main gate MUST be closed behind you, regardless if someone is waiting, this should not be possible if everyone is arriving and leaving as requested.
